At Kupid's Kollections we pride ourselves in delivering work of the highest standards and are committed to providing you with the best possible customer service and high quality family portraiture.
Our photo sessions are not a formal and intimidating occasion. Equipment is kept to a minimum and there is no army of makeup artists, hair stylists and assistants. We talk with you during the shoot, keep a relaxed atmosphere and we don’t force you into unnatural poses. We work in a very calm, informal and relaxed manner and work to bring out a natural feel to the photographs.
Every shoot is individually planned in conjunction with you: there is no standard plan of poses and set-ups. No two shoots are the same, because you are an individual. The session can take place on-location, at indoor or outdoor settings. We can also work in the comfort of your own home.
When you book:
We will plan a meeting time to discuss your needs for the shoot and to tailor the session to suit. In addition we will discuss locations, timings and clothing choices. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of session fee is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date and time.
Timings:
We take the time needed to ensure relaxed and natural images of
you and your family. You should plan for approximately two hours
of time for your photography (including set up.) Some more time
may be needed if you have a large number of people and/or a
number of combinations in mind, we can discuss this prior to the
shoot. An additional charge for time is required for sessions
lasting over 2.5 hours.
After the shoot:
A proofing DVD will be provided approximately two weeks after the session. The DVD can be played on your television and allows you to select the images you would like for reprint – note that the images on this DVD cannot be printed, it is for proofing purposes only. Each photograph will be custom cropped in order to compliment the image and create a dynamic composition, as well as having retouching done. Once ordered finished prints will be delivered within approximately two weeks. Additional time may be needed for custom orders.
